These Terms and Conditions govern your use of MassageCanggu's home massage services in Canggu, Bali. By booking a massage service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Service Description

MassageCanggu provides professional home massage services delivered to your villa, hotel, or accommodation in Canggu and surrounding areas (Batu Bolong, Berawa, Echo Beach, Pererenan, Umalas, and Seminyak).

Our services include:

• Traditional Balinese Massage
• Deep Tissue Massage
• Couple Massage
• Hot Stone Massage
• Other specialized massage treatments as advertised

2. Booking & Confirmation

2.1 Booking Process: All bookings must be made via WhatsApp at +62 822 2155 5540. You must provide your name, location, preferred massage type, and preferred time.

2.2 Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message from us via WhatsApp with therapist details and estimated arrival time.

2.3 Availability: All bookings are subject to therapist availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time, but cannot guarantee availability during peak hours.

2.4 Same-Day Bookings: We accept same-day bookings subject to availability. We typically respond within 5-10 minutes during operating hours (8:00 AM - 11:00 PM).

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Pricing: Current prices are displayed on our website and start from IDR 250,000 for a 60-minute Balinese massage. Prices may vary by massage type and duration.

3.2 Payment Method: We accept cash payment in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. Payment must be made directly to the therapist immediately after the massage session is completed.

3.3 Tips: Tipping is appreciated but not mandatory. If you wish to tip your therapist for exceptional service, please do so directly to them in cash.

3.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, confirmed bookings will honor the price communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Client Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge by providing at least 2 hours notice via WhatsApp.

4.2 Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time may incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.

4.3 No-Show: If you are not present at the agreed location at the scheduled time and fail to respond to our communications, this will be considered a no-show and may incur a 100% cancellation fee.

4.4 Our Cancellation: If we need to cancel your booking due to therapist unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately and offer to reschedule or provide a full refund if payment was made in advance.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate location information and ensure access to your accommodation
• Provide a clean, quiet space suitable for massage therapy
• Inform us of any health conditions, injuries, or allergies before the session
• Be present and ready at the agreed time
• Treat our therapists with respect and professionalism
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the massage session
• Provide exact change when possible for cash payment

6. Therapist Conduct & Professional Standards

6.1 Professional Service: All our therapists are certified professionals with minimum 3 years experience. They will arrive with professional equipment including fresh linens, aromatherapy oils, and music.

6.2 Appropriate Conduct: Our services are strictly professional therapeutic massage only. Any inappropriate requests or behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

6.3 Safety: All our therapists are background-checked, insured, and follow strict hygiene protocols.

7. Health & Safety

7.1 Health Disclosure: You must inform us of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, injuries, pregnancy, or health concerns before booking. Certain conditions may be contraindicated for massage therapy.

7.2 Assumption of Risk: By booking our services, you acknowledge that massage therapy involves some inherent risks. While our therapists are trained professionals, you agree to participate at your own risk.

7.3 Medical Advice: Our massage services are for relaxation and wellness purposes. They are not a substitute for medical care. Consult your doctor before receiving massage therapy if you have any health concerns.

8. Liability Limitations

8.1 Service Liability: While we strive to provide excellent service, MassageCanggu is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or adverse effects that may occur during or after a massage session, provided our therapists have followed proper protocols.

8.2 Property: We are not responsible for any damage to property or belongings during the massage session unless caused by gross negligence of our therapists.

8.3 Third Parties: We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party services such as accommodation access or parking.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of MassageCanggu and protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Communication First: If you have any complaints or concerns about our service, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.

10.2 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Indonesian law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
